Fez To Marrakech 8 Days

Day 1 : Fez “ Arrival Morocco”

Upon arrival in Fez Airport , the Spiritual capital of Morocco, you will be meet by our driver. Depending on arrival time Transfer to the Riad for Dinner & Overnight .

Day 2 : Fez “ Medina Guided Tour ”

After breakfast you will begin your guided tour of the medina, one of the world’s largest walled in cities. You will explore the narrow streets lined with fresh fruit, mounds of spices, intricately woven Berber carpets and many other art objects of Morocco.
you will visit Mosques including the Quaraouiyine Mosque founded in 859 by Fatima el Fihri and the Andalusian Mosque dating back to 860. Entry is not permitted to non-Muslims ,Fountains including the Nejjarine fountain,Medersas (Koranic schools) founded as early as the 13th century ,Batha Palace now a museum of arts and traditions,Chouwara Tanneries ,Souks including Souk Attarine, one of the liveliest in the city ,Bab Boujloud with its green and blue ceramics ,Mellah and the 17th century Ibn Danan synagogue,the Kings Palace,in the afternoon visit the borj north or south to see the old medina from the top and sunset. Overnight in the Riad.

Day 3 :Fez / Ifran /Medilt /Merzouga

Depart early from fez you will begin your ascent We pass through Ifrane, a winter ski resort in a totally un Moroccan style built by the French in the 1930's to resemble a Swiss village; we continue passing through the cedars forest in Azrou you will see the monkeys , drive across the Middle Atlas Mountains.
Most of the day will be spent winding your way through the beautiful forests, springs, jagged rock faces, and Berber villages as you cross the Atlas Mountains and begin to descend towards the Sahara Desert. Half way, you will stop for lunch in the town of Midelt, famous for its fossils and rocks, then we continue towards merzouga in the road we will stop in a panoramic views to see the a huge oasis of palm tree we reach to merzouga in the afternoon, Depending on your arrived to traditional Kasbah on the foot of the dunes of erg-chebbi.
After rest a mint tea the guide and camels will be waiting to carry you across the sandy dunes of the erg-chebbi,you will enjoy the beauty of the sunset on camel, after one hour you will reach to the desert camp to spend night in a berbre tent. At your desert shelter, your camels are hobbled and mint tea is served. After a wonderful dinner, watch the Stars,and overnight in the Berber Tent .

Day 4 :Merzouga /Gorges Todra or Dades

In the morning you can get up early, take a walk over the sand dunes and watch the sunrise from just behind the Algerian border, which is about 50 km from Merzouga. We take camel back to the hotel .you will take shower and breakfast and relax,You’ll depart towards gorge Todra , traveling the rugged Road of a Thousand Kasbahs that rise up like turreted sand castles along this ancient caravan trading route.
The central region is one of the most exciting and romantic destinations of Morocco nestled along rich river valleys, palmeries and burnished mud-brick homes ablaze in vibrant color under the shelter of the blue desert sky. We’ll travel through the ziz Valley past dramatic escarpments and plunging gorges via Tinghir. We’ll stay the Night in The Todra Gorge .

Day 5 :Gorges /Ouarzazate

After breakfast you will have a walk in the gorge todra ,than we will take the way towards ouarzazate travelling through the Dades & Rose Valle ,we stop to visit dades gorge and for lunch,we continue to Ouarzazate passing through Skoura & some Historical Kasbahs ,we reach ouarzazate in the afternoon For Dinner and Overnight

Day 6:Ouarzazate / Ait ben Haddou / Marrakech

After breakfast we will visit the town of Ouarzazate,including the Kasbah of Taourirt and the Atlas Studios movie studios, the largest and most famous of all Africa. we stop in ait ben haddou we will arrive in time of lunch.
Here we can visit the famous Kasbah, declared UNESCO World Heritage and which was the scene of films like The Gladiator, Babel, Lawrence of Arabia,we coutinue passing through the High Atlas and the Tizi-n-Tichka pass, along a road that climbs from the plains up to 2260 m above sea level passing through small villages, small waterfalls, through the continuously changing landscape and colors of these beautiful Mountains.We reach Marrakech ,Dinner & Overnight in the Riad .

Day 7: Marrakech “Guided Medina Tour”

In the morning after the breakfast we leave the read to discover more about the pearl of the south - Marrakech. A visit includes the city’s main monuments such as the Saadian tombs that demonstrate Moorish architecture in its perfection.
The tombs consist of beautiful mausoleums built in the sixteenth century, but only discovered in 1917. Visit the Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace and the Menara Garden. Return to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon, explore the souks; you may end the day sipping your mint tea overlooking the busy Jamaa Elfna Square,Dinner & overnight in the Riad .

Days 8 : Marrakech “Depart Morocco”

Depend on the Depart time Transfer to the Airport for the end of the Trip .
